Refund & Returns Policy

At VIVIDROOTS LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We accept returns or replacements only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong item, printing defect). Items must be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Health and personal care items

To request a return, please contact us at support@vividrootsllc.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund amount.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank (processing time may take 2–5 business days)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before production begins.

After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is accepted, a small processing fee may be applied to cover transaction costs.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need a replacement, please contact us at support@vividrootsllc.store with your order details.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
