  • When will my items be shipped?

  • At VIVIDROOTS LLC, all orders are processed after payment is confirmed. For personalized or custom products, additional time may be required to complete design adjustments before production.

    Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days (depending on product type and customization complexity).

    4. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

  • I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
  • In many cases, packages may be held at your local post office or delivery attempts may have been missed.

    For U.S. orders:
    If your package has not arrived after 20 business days from shipment, please contact us for support. We will assist with a replacement or refund if necessary.

    For international orders:
    If your package has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

  • Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Refunds & Replacement

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@vividrootsllc.store within 7 days of delivery.

    We will offer a replacement at no additional cost in the following cases:

    • Incorrect item received
    • Damaged during shipping
    • Printing or quality issues
    • Incorrect design compared to your order

    Please Note:

    • We do not offer refunds or replacements for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts.
    • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered completed.

    Exchanges

    We do not accept exchanges for size or personal preference. However, if the issue is due to our error, we will gladly provide a replacement.

    Please do not return items without contacting us first.
