All items sold by VIVIDROOTS LLC are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or incorrect design, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
To process your request, please email us at support@vividrootsllc.store with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Important Notes:
- We do not require you to return the defective or incorrect item.
- We will cover all shipping costs for replacement items.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery
